There is a tendency in government and people to emphasize how bad things are, how terrible is a problem, and what a dangerous crisis it (fill in the blank) has become in order to justify their solution. That's not the same as seriously looking for a solution to a problem.
What is called Public Education is a problem. There is a simple solution, at least in this spot-on British bit of You Tube humor. Do we dare?
